Varietal Grape Juices & Concentrates:
Our fresh pressed juices are made from the highest quality California grapes. Once the grapes are crushed and removed from the skins, the juice is tested, blended, and carefully recorded by one of our in-house enologists, then stored in computer controlled stainless steel refrigeration tanks.
In addition to our fresh pressed varietal grapes juices, we offer “Essence Returned” Varietal Grape concentrates made using spinning cone technology. In standard concentrate processing, 75% to 80% of the natural essence of the grape is lost during the evaporation process. Our customers can depend on Golden Valley's spinning cone process to deliver high-grade “Essence Returned” Varietal Grape concentrates that preserve the subtle essences that give wine distinct character.
However, we do not sell the Grape Juice Essence separately.
